We discuss the trends and issues we observed during the weeks of April 28-May 11, 2014. We discuss three trends we observed as we  flipped resources into our Flipboard magazine (http://bit.ly/trendsandissues). The top two trends were net neutrality (the FCC is yet to make a ruling on this) and the push for learning to code for students in K-12 schools. An on-going trend we observed was wearables. We observed wearables becoming more fashion-forward, and we saw Epson’s entry into the wearables market with their version of Google Glass.

We have two readings for this week.

We also recommended checking out Adobe Voice. Adobe’s new video creation tool. http://www.engadget.com/2014/05/08/adobe-voice/
