We discuss the trends and issues we observed during the weeks of October 14-26. We discuss three trends  that we observed as we flipped resources into our Flipboard magazine (http://bit.ly/trendsandissues). These trends are the release of the new iPad versions, return of the news on wearables with articles on Magic Leap and a plethora of wrist devices, and backlash to Facebook (and the increase in new social media tools).

We have two recommended readings for the week.

  • Neuroscientists are Fed Up with The Braining Training Industry by Michael Byrne http://bit.ly/1tASVp
  • Camera Calculator App “PhotoMath” Instantly Solves Math Equations by Sarah Barnes http://bit.ly/1zdSyVe

Our next podcast episode will be November 10, 2014.
