August 10, 2016 § 1 Comment
We discuss the trends and issues we observed during the weeks of July 25-August 10 as we flipped resources into our Flipboard magazine (http://bit.ly/trendsandissues). We discuss three trends. The first is Augmented Reality. AR dominated with resources and news about Pokémon Go–specifically discussions about the need for restrictions and privacy issues. The second trend is virtual reality. There were updates to hardware and software along with discussions about benefits and the challenges with VR. The final trend is online teaching and learning.
