May 15, 2017 § 1 Comment
We discuss the trends and issues we observed during the weeks of April 27-May 14 as we flipped resources into our Flipboard magazine (http://bit.ly/trendsandissues). We discuss two trends that we observed. The trends were online teaching and learning and classroom hardware updates and announcements. With the trend of online teaching and learning, there were a number of varied topics, such as learner characteristics, teaching techniques, using social media for developing community. The trend of classroom hardware focused subsets of areas like AR/VR hardware, digital video, 3D printing. There were several resources that focused on the Google vs. Microsoft dominance in K-12 classrooms.
